Affiliate program
iMU Affiliate Terms
Version 2026-10-22-p1c (flat 25% rate, from Oct 22, 2026). Plain language, so everyone knows the deal. By joining the program on your Earn page you agree to these terms, plus the iMU Terms of Service.
1. What you earn
- Every member gets an affiliate code and a personal link. When someone signs up through your link (or within 30 days of first clicking it) and pays for an iMU membership, you earn a commission on each subscription payment they make during their first 12 months.
- The commission is 25% of what the member actually paid, after coupons and discounts and before taxes, on every subscription payment during their first 12 months, counted from their first payment. The rate is the same for every affiliate. Each commission is earned in full on the payment it comes from; nothing is spread out or held back beyond the rules in section 5.
- Example only: if a member you referred pays $19.99 for Intro, the commission on that payment is $5.00. Premium at $49.99: $12.50. Military & Veterans at $9.99: $2.50. These examples show the math. They are not a promise or a forecast of what you'll earn.
- Payments a member makes after their first 12 months don't earn commission. A prepaid term (3, 6 or 12 months by bank transfer or USDT) is one payment: it earns commission on the full amount when it's paid inside that window. Commissions earned before this rate took effect stay as they were.
- iMU may offer a custom rate to a partner, set case by case. iMU may change the rates, the scale or these terms at any time; changes apply to payments made after the change.
- The 30-day rule. A member you refer counts only after they've stayed subscribed (paid) for 30 days in a row from their first payment. If they cancel, get a refund or charge back before day 30, every commission from that member is void and never becomes payable. Once they pass day 30, that payment and every later payment during their first 12 months earn commission the normal way (section 5).
- KSX coins are never commission and never count toward it. Coin packs, gifts and other one-time purchases don't earn commission.
2. No income guarantees
- There's no guarantee you'll earn anything. What you earn depends on the people you refer and whether they choose to pay. Results vary. Don't tell anyone they will make money with iMU. See the earnings disclaimer.
3. Disclose your commission
- Every time you share your link, make it clear you earn a commission, e.g. "I earn a commission if you join through my link", or #ad / #affiliate where that's the norm. Follow the FTC's endorsement rules and the rules of the platform you post on.
- Only say what's true about iMU and your own experience. No fake reviews, no made-up results, no income screenshots presented as typical.
4. Not allowed
- Spam of any kind: unsolicited emails, DMs or texts, comment flooding, bought lists, misleading ads.
- Self-referral: signing up yourself, a second account or anyone in your household through your own link to earn on it. Commissions from self-referrals are cancelled.
- Bidding on "iMU", "iManifest" or similar brand terms in paid search, pretending to be iMU, or cookie stuffing.
5. Refund hold, minimum and payouts
- New commissions are pending for 30 days (the refund hold), and until the member has passed the 30-day rule. After both, they become payable. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reduced or cancelled; iMU may also deduct a commission it already paid on a payment that was later refunded.
- The minimum payout is $25.00. Smaller balances roll over to the next payout run.
- You choose every 2 weeks or monthly. iMU pays by hand on that schedule. Nothing is paid automatically.
- Payouts go through Stripe Connect to the bank account you add on Stripe's own pages. Stripe verifies your identity and collects your tax details, and you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (which includes the Stripe Services Agreement). iMU never sees or stores your bank numbers. Where Stripe isn't available in your country, iMU can pay by PayPal or Wise to the email you give us, or in crypto (USDT) to the wallet address you give us.
- Everyone can earn, wherever you live. If Stripe can pay people in your country, payouts go through Stripe; if not, they go by PayPal, Wise or crypto (USDT). Stripe decides which countries it can set up: if it can't set up yours, we'll tell you on the Earn page and you pick PayPal, Wise or crypto (USDT) instead. You earn the same commission either way. Fees your bank, PayPal or Wise charge for receiving money and currency conversion are yours.
- Crypto payouts (USDT). If you choose crypto, we send the USD amount you're owed as USDT, on the network you pick, to the wallet address you give us. You're responsible for that address and network being correct. Network fees may apply. Payouts sent to the address on file are final: crypto sent to a wrong address or network can't be recovered. You can switch payout methods later.
6. Taxes
- You're an independent affiliate, not an employee or agent of iMU. You're responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. Stripe or iMU may ask for tax forms (for example a W-9 or W-8BEN) and may hold payouts until they're provided.
7. Ending it
- You can leave the program any time. iMU can pause or close an affiliate account that breaks these terms, and unpaid commissions from the breach are cancelled. Otherwise, payable commissions are still paid out.
