Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of iMU at app.imanifest.money (the "Service"), operated by iManifest Ltd, an Ontario corporation ("iManifest", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a pack you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your province or state, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
2. Memberships, billing and cancellation
Free costs nothing, needs no payment card, and stays free.
Intro costs US$19.99 per month (an introductory relaunch price) and includes the first 3 modules (starter lessons) of every paid course, while your membership is active. Other courses can still be bought with coins. Premium costs US$49.99 per month (an introductory relaunch price) and includes every course and every module, with no coins needed, while your membership is active. If you move to a higher plan, it starts right away and your previous plan stops renewing and ends at the end of its paid period.
Paid memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically every month on the same day, charged to the card you give Stripe at checkout, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added. If we change a membership price, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
Cancel anytime from your profile ("Manage / cancel subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and you are not charged again. If a renewal payment fails, paid access is paused until the payment succeeds or the membership ends.
Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months and unused time, except where the law requires a refund. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Coins are a virtual in-app credit used to unlock courses. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not a deposit, security or investment.
3. Educational content, no guarantees
The Service provides general educational content about personal development, business and personal finance. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Results vary, and we do not guarantee that you will earn any money. Make your own decisions and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
4. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or redistribute course materials; harass other members; post unlawful content; or try to break or misuse the Service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
5. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post (forum, journal, job posts) and give us a licence to host and display it on the Service. You are responsible for it.
6. Cancellation and refunds
See section 2 and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the Service and these Terms. If we make material changes we will post the new Terms here with a new effective date. You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
